정상입니다. 탕비실은 서버가 없어서 근처에 있는 다른 사람이 같은 앱을 켜야 대화가 시작됩니다. 혼자 설치하면 아무 일도 일어나지 않습니다. 같은 사무실 동료를 초대해 함께 켜 보세요 — 앱 안의 초대 QR을 쓰면 됩니다.

블루투스가 닿는 거리, 대략 10~50m입니다. 벽·층·사람 수에 따라 크게 달라집니다. 앱은 상대가 가깝다는 것만 알 수 있고, 몇 층인지 어느 부서인지는 알 수 없습니다. 다른 층이나 옆 사무실 사람일 수도 있습니다.

24시간입니다. 이 기간은 늘릴 수 없고, 구독을 해도 늘어나지 않습니다. 남기고 싶은 대화가 있으면 보온병에 직접 저장하세요. 보온병에 담은 대화만 계속 남고, 나머지는 그대로 사라집니다.

같은 암호를 넣은 사람끼리 같은 방이 됩니다. 만들기와 참여가 따로 없습니다. 메시지는 그 암호로 잠겨서 나가므로, 암호를 모르면 내용 자체를 볼 수 없습니다.

암호는 초대 링크나 QR에 담기지 않습니다. 캡처 한 장으로 뚫리기 때문입니다 — 동료에게 직접 말로 알려주세요. 3일 동안 그 방에 대화가 없으면 암호는 기기에서 자동으로 지워집니다.

사람 수에 달려 있습니다. 둘뿐이면 익명이 성립하지 않습니다 — 상대가 쓰지 않은 말은 전부 당신이 쓴 것이니까요. 3~4명이면 문체나 타이밍으로 짐작될 수 있고, 5명부터 가려집니다. 앱은 이 상태를 숨기지 않고 대화 화면 위에 항상 표시합니다.

완전히 막을 수는 없습니다. 녹화 중에는 대화를 가리고, 스크린샷은 비어 나오게 시도하며, 캡처가 감지되면 방 전체에 알립니다. 다만 비우기는 iOS 내부 동작에 의존해 보장되지 않고, 다른 폰으로 화면을 찍는 것은 어떤 앱도 막을 수 없습니다. 그 전제로 사용해 주세요.

인터넷 대신 블루투스로 주변 기기를 찾고 메시지를 주고받기 때문입니다. 권한이 없으면 아무도 찾을 수 없습니다. 위치 권한은 요구하지 않으며, 블루투스로 위치를 추적하지도 않습니다.

보온병(대화 저장)이 열립니다. 월 ₩1,500 자동 갱신이며 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 구독해도 메시지 보관 기간은 늘어나지 않습니다 — 기록을 남기지 않는 것이 이 앱의 기본값이기 때문입니다.

신고한 메시지 내용이 검토를 위해 서버로 전송됩니다. 대화 내용이 기기 밖으로 나가는 유일한 경우입니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침 4항을 확인해 주세요.

앱 로고를 빠르게 세 번 누르면 메시지 · 저장한 대화 · 방 암호 · 설정이 즉시 삭제됩니다. 복구할 수 없습니다. 앱을 삭제해도 기기에 남은 데이터는 함께 사라집니다.

That is expected. Pantry has no server, so someone nearby has to open the same app before a conversation can start. Installing it alone does nothing. Invite a coworker and open it together — use the invite QR code inside the app.

Bluetooth range, roughly 10–50 m, varying a lot with walls, floors and crowds. The app can only tell that someone is nearby — never which floor or which team. They might be on another floor or in the office next door.

24 hours. This cannot be extended, and a subscription does not extend it. To keep something, save it to the Thermos. Only what you save remains; everything else disappears as usual.

Everyone who enters the same passphrase is in the same room — there is no separate "create" and "join". Messages are sealed with that passphrase, so without it the content cannot be read at all.

The passphrase is never included in an invite link or QR code, because a single screenshot would defeat it — tell your coworkers in person. After 3 days without activity, the passphrase is erased from the device.

It depends on how many people are present. With only two, anonymity does not hold — anything the other person did not write was written by you. With 3–4 it can be guessed from wording or timing. From 5 it holds. The app shows this state at the top of the chat at all times.

We cannot fully block captures. While recording is active the conversation is hidden, screenshots are attempted to come out blank, and when a capture is detected everyone in the room is notified. The blanking depends on iOS internals and is not guaranteed, and no app can prevent someone photographing the screen with another phone. Please use it on that basis.

Because the app uses Bluetooth instead of the internet to find nearby devices and exchange messages. Without it, nobody can be found. No location permission is requested, and Bluetooth is never used to track location.

It unlocks the Thermos (saving conversations). It is ₩1,500 per month, auto-renewing, cancellable anytime. It does not extend how long messages are kept — leaving no record is the app's default.

The content of the reported message is sent to our server for review. It is the only case in which message content leaves your device. See section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

Tap the app logo three times quickly: messages, saved conversations, room keys and settings are erased immediately. This cannot be undone. Deleting the app also removes everything stored on the device.
